Wallace damages by any other name

The September 5, 2008 issue of the Lawyers Weekly has an interesting article titled Damages formerly known as Wallace. The article's first sentence states:

The Supreme Court marked a new era in labour law in a recent decision which repeatedly referred to bad faith damages as being “formerly” Wallace damages.


This is a great reminder to computer assisted legal researchers to use thesauri and alternative terms in their searches.
